By using the ReWare application, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Nature of Service

ReWare operates as an intermediary marketplace platform that allows users to list and sell second-hand clothing. ReWare is not a direct party to the sales transaction except for managing the platform and payment processing.

2. User Eligibility & Account
• Users must be 18 years old or above.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
• ReWare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Product Listings
• Sellers are fully responsible for:
• Product descriptions
• Images
• Actual condition of the item
• The following are strictly prohibited:
• Counterfeit products
• Illegal items
• Inappropriate or offensive items

4. Orders & Payments
• All payments are processed through approved payment gateways within Saudi Arabia.
• Seller payouts are transferred after deducting the agreed ReWare commission.

5. Commission

ReWare charges a commission on each successful transaction in return for:
• Platform operation
• Payment processing
• Customer support services

6. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping responsibility lies with:
• The seller, or
• Shipping companies integrated within the app
• ReWare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

ReWare is not responsible for:
• Damage after delivery
• Misuse of the product
• Disputes arising from incorrect information provided by the seller

8. Amendments

ReWare reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
