1. Accepted Refund Cases

Buyers are eligible for refunds in the following cases:
• Product significantly differs from the description
• Undisclosed damage or defect
• Wrong item delivered

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
• Change of mind after receiving the item
• Size does not fit
• Item has been worn, used, or washed
• Damage caused by misuse

3. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

4. Refund Process
• Once the request is reviewed and approved:
• The item must be returned
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days
